Before you begin
Questions people ask before starting.
That’s completely okay. Many people feel uncertain before starting therapy. The free 15-minute exploratory call is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
The first session is focused on discussing your concerns in depth, identifying current stressors, and understanding what you hope to achieve through the sessions. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Depending on your goals and progress, we may later move to fortnightly sessions. The frequency is something we decide collaboratively.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 55 minutes long.
Yes. All online sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, allowing me to work with clients across India and internationally.
Yes. I take offline sessions at my clinic in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The sessions are on appointment basis only.
Yes. I work with clients globally, including NRIs, expats, and individuals of Indian origin living abroad.
I support adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, grief, and patterns rooted in past experiences. My work is trauma-informed, evidence based, strength based, and tailored to your individual needs.
Not at all. Many people come to therapy because they want to understand themselves better, navigate a life transition, improve relationships, or feel more grounded and fulfilled.
My work is integrative and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and the Gottman Method. I work from a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirmative, and strength-based perspective.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than telling you what decisions to make or giving you advice, I help you develop greater awareness, insight, and confidence so that you can make choices that feel aligned with your values and goals.
Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is kept confidential, except in rare situations where there is a legal or ethical obligation to act to protect your safety or the safety of others. These exceptions will be explained at the outset.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Details regarding cancellations and rescheduling will be shared before we begin working together.
I do not provide emergency or 24/7 crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
There is no fixed timeline. Some clients seek support for a specific concern over a shorter period, while others choose to engage in longer-term work for deeper self-exploration and growth.
Feeling nervous is completely normal. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Still wondering if this is right for you?
No pressure, just a conversation.
